Serien Shadowhunters handlar om Clary Fray som på sin 18-års födelsedag upptäcker att hon inte är den hon tror att hon är, utan att hon kommer från en lång rad av Shadowhunters - en hybrid mellan människa och ängel som slåss mot demoner. När hennes mamma Jocelyn blir kidnappad, slängs Clary in i en värld av demonjagande tillsammans med Jace - en Shadowhunter och Simon - hennes bästa vän. Nu tvingas hon leva i en värld med vampyrer, varulvar, trollkarlar och feer, och Clary börjar sin resa av att upptäcka sig själv och sitt förflutna och även vad hennes framtid innehåller.
Shadowhunters visas på kanalen Freeform i USA och har precis avslutat säsong 3A.
Alla avsnitt av Shadowhunters säsong 1, säsong 2 och halva säsong 3 finns att se på Netflix i Sverige.
I juni 2018 fick vi det tråkiga beskedet att Shadowhunters kommer att läggas ner efter säsong 3. De sista 12 avsnitten av serien kommer att visas under våren 2019, med start 25 februari.
En kampanj pågår just nu för att "rädda" Shadowhunters och få en annan kanal att köpa serien och fortsätta visa den, detta genom att använda hashtaggen #SaveShadowhunters

Each Rings card shows the family ring of a particular Shadowhunter family and some of the members. The Six of Rings shows the Starkweather family in the TID era — Aloysius and the portrait of Adele that Tessa encounters in Clockwork Prince.

It shows the Blackthorn family, TDA-era, in all their glory. Tiberius looking crabby as usual, Julian messing around, Mark being serious.
The Five of Pentacles (Rings here) can often represent going forward after suffering a loss.

The Three of Rings shows Cristina and Jaime Rosales from The Dark Artifices. Cassandra Jean has included Cristina’s pendant and Jaime’s crossbow, and the rose-pattern ring of the Rosales family. Jamie and Cristina are not brother and sister. Interestingly, the Four of Pentacles is a card that can be about fear of love: losing it, or getting it. :)
Knocking off two here with the Sun card and the Moon card. The Sun becomes the Daylighter, Simon, and the Moon, for probably kind of obvious reasons, becomes the Lycanthropes, Maia and Jordan. I think Simon is leaning on a sundial. First I thought it was a tree trunk, but I’m pretty sure it’s a sundial. As it says on the sundial in Lost Souls, I only count the hours that shine.

The Ace of Rings shows Meliorn and the Seelie Queen: the rings are the gold leaf rings the Seelie Queen gives to Clary and Simon in Lost Souls so they can hear each other’s thoughts.
All the Rings in this suit are family rings except this card, and one other.

The Two of Rings shows two generations of Carstairs: Emma and her father, who plays the family violin. (You can see the name of the second owner etched on the case.) Emma’s father actually does play it; not every generation of Carstairs is musical. Emma is not particularly. It’s a bit of a bittersweet picture since we know small Emma will lose her father in some short number of years.
Cassandra Clare har postat via sin tumblr ett antal tarot kort som hennes vän Cassandra Jean har ritat utifrån Cassandra Clares beskrivningar av karaktärerna i hennes böcker. Cassandra Clare har redan lagt upp de flesta men eftersom jag inte har lagt upp några av dess här än, så tänkte jag försöka posta 1 inlägg om dagen med dessa tarot kort och Cassandra Clares kommentarer till korten.

The Two of Rings shows the Wayland ring and the Verlac ring. The Wayland symbol is horseshoes, because of Wayland the Smith (who gets a brief mention in Clockwork Princess as having forged Cortana) and Verlac is a serpent because, well, ver in French is serpent or worm. (Lac = lake.)
I like what Cassandra Jean did here with Jace and Sebastian: they’re basically presented as yin and yang, darkness and light. I like the masks as well, one light, one dark, that also indicate that what you see may not be exactly what you get.
